APPLICATIONS WILL BEGIN TO BE REVIEWED DURING THE LAST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2026.

Families who are wanting to transfer to LHHS outside the open enrollment period or families residing outside LHHS’ attendance boundaries can initiate the permit process by completing the LHHS Academy & Program Application. Following contact from LHHS, families can submit a permit application.
