Activities Request Process
For all activities that occur on or off campus, the following steps must be completed:
1. Fill out the Master Calendar Activities form at least THREE WEEKS prior to the scheduled event.
2. Form is to be turned into the front office. The form will go through a series of approval.
3. If a facility is needed, please submit a request through Facilitron.
